Job Description:
- Participate in a structured graduate program designed to develop sales, client relationship, and financial advisory skills.
- Identify and approach potential clients through referrals, personal networks, and company-generated leads.
- Assist in scheduling and conducting client meetings to understand their financial protection and insurance needs.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs under the guidance of senior team members.
- Learn how to present and explain AXA's insurance, savings, and retirement solutions to clients.
- Identify potential cross-selling opportunities across Life, Health, and General insurance products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Ensure compliance with AXA policies, underwriting requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning to develop product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues and actively participate in team meetings and development activities.
