Role Description

SAKA Group of Companies is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize operations at its Abu Dhabi Office. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will manage daily operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, develop processes to ensure efficiency, and uphold compliance with relevant standards. You will also be responsible for driving project delivery, supervising resource allocation, monitoring budgets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing project timelines, amplifying team productivity, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
• Solid understanding of the HVAC, MEP, and construction industry standards and regulations
• Ability to manage and monitor budgets effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is a plus
• Prior experience in the HVAC or MEP industry is highly advantageous
• Valid UAE Driving License

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end construction and electromechanical projects from planning to completion
• Oversee finishing and interior works across multiple concurrent projects
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project milestones are met
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Prepare project reports and documentation
• Manage pricing strategies and maintain updated market knowledge
