Job Description

Job Purpose:

Oversee and manage all aspects of shopping mall operations, including property management, tenant relations, and contract services. Ensure smooth operations, providing an optimal environment for retailers and a pleasant experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day mall operations, maintaining high standards to meet tenant and customer needs

2. Coordinate with the mall team and contractors to ensure seamless operations across maintenance security cleaning pest control waste management and customer service

3. Conduct tenant orientation on emergency procedures, communication systems, and security protocols

4. Maintain strong relationships with municipal emergency services, including police and civil defense

5. Identify and address health and safety risks in the mall

6. Ensure tenant compliance with operational standards through regular audits and corrective actions

7. Monitor and enforce mall operating policies, including Occupational Health & Safety standards

8. Prepare daily and weekly reports on mall operations, including traffic and other relevant metrics

9. Conduct regular checks and preventive maintenance to uphold property standards

10. Supervise, guide, and mentor the Mall Operations team, fostering talent and professional development

11. Collect tenant sales reports and manage timely payments from tenants and to service providers

12. Maintain accurate records and documentation for mall operations and tenant contracts

13. Resolve conflicts and disputes among tenants, customers, and visitors efficiently

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

2. 5+ years of professional experience, with 3-5 years in mall operations management. Procurement experience is a plus.

3. Proven experience in managing mall operations, safety, security, and facilities.

4. Strong management and team leadership skills.

5. Proficiency in retail/shopping mall business, property management, and conflict resolution.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

7. Fluent in English.
