Job Description

Scoop of work: Concierge - Hotel Management - Hospitality.

Role-Specific Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • The Project Manager will oversee the full scope of VIP client services, including managing and coordinating personal assistants, private chauffeurs, babysitter's services, and any other dedicated support staff required to deliver a high-end service. This role ensures that every aspect from transportation and personal support to guest hospitality is executed with discretion, professionalism, and consistency with our luxury brand standards.
  • Anticipate VIP clients needs and preferences proactively; take initiative to deliver personalized, tailored services that exceed expectations.
  • Handle escalated issues or complaints, especially sensitive or high-stakes ones promptly and professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Supervise, train and motivate a dedicated VIP-services team ensuring team performance, professionalism, and consistent adherence to luxury service standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Preferably concierge management experience
  • Experience: 35 years of proven experience working with VIP or high-profile clients ideally within luxury hospitality, private concierge services, elite guest relations, or similar high-end client-service environments.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills confident working with VIP/highprofile clients.
  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and staffmanagement capabilities.
  • Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills, able to handle complex, multilayered schedules.
  • Effective problemsolving and decisionmaking under pressure, especially in timesensitive VIP contexts.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and maintaining a luxurybrand standard of service.
