Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for an Operations Manager at Travitell Egypt. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the company, ensure the delivery of exceptional travel services, and manage the efficiency of both domestic and international tourism processes. Additional responsibilities include team management, operational planning, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Effective communication and problem-solving skills will be essential to achieve operational excellence and maintain high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management and team leadership within the travel or tourism industry
• Strong organizational, planning, and strategic-thinking skills
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in vendor management and process optimization
• Knowledge of domestic, incoming, and outgoing tourism workflows
• Proficiency with relevant travel management software and tools
• Ability to work onsite in Cairo and meet time-sensitive goals in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
• Familiarity with the Egyptian tourism market is a plus
• Fluency in English and additional languages is an advantage
