Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the efficient delivery of services. Responsibilities include supervising staff, streamlining workflows, improving processes, managing budgets, handling client relationships, and aligning operational activities with company goals. This position requires an individual with strong organizational and leadership skills who can ensure smooth and efficient operations while driving team performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, management, and team coordination skills to guide and mentor staff effectively.
  • Amadeus system recommended.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to ensure operational efficiency and timely delivery of services.
  • MICE operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications or experience in the travel industry is a plus.
