Operations Officer

What Youll Be Doing:

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to keep shelves stocked
• Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatching goods with a keen eye for detail
• Implement and improve operational procedures to boost efficiency and safety
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, supply chain, and customer service
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve daily targets and uphold quality standards
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
• Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends and improve performance

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelors degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Admin, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
• Proven skills with ERP/WMS systems and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Hands-on experience leading teams and solving operational puzzles on the fly.
• Ability to stay cool under pressure and even cooler when things go right
