Operations PMO Analyst

My client, based in Abu Dhabi, is searching for an Operations Analyst PMO.

The Operations PMO analyst will the Operations Lead in ensuring disciplined, effective delivery of multiple digital and operational initiatives. This role provides structured oversight of execution, performance monitoring, risk management, and cross-functional coordination, while enabling the consistent application of delivery best practices and scalable operating rhythms across ventures.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's a plus).

37 years of experience in PMO, program management, operations, or consulting roles (PropTech and eservices preferred).

Strong grasp of digital transformation in public-sector contexts; familiarity with Abu Dhabi real estate ecosystem is a strong advantage.

Key Skills:

Excellent analytical, research, and benchmarking skills.

Ability to synthesise complex information into structured, concise outputs.

High attention to detail with a methodical and disciplined approach.

Strong program and delivery management capabilities.

Solid understanding of operational performance management and KPIs.

Experience in risk, dependency, and issue management.

Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel; strong reporting and presentation capabilities

This role is paying a market related salary of between 20 000 to 25 000 AED.
