Job Title: Operations - Production Supervisor

Location: Dubai

Type: Direct hire -Full time

Experience Required: 1 - 2 Years

We are seeking a candidate with experience in Operations or CRM, preferably with a background as a Production Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, coordinating with internal teams, managing workflow efficiency, and ensuring smooth execution of production or service processes. Experience in supervising teams, handling operational reporting, and maintaining customer or client records within CRM systems is preferred.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar operational role
• Exposure to Operations management or CRM systems
• Strong coordination and team supervision skills
• Ability to monitor processes and improve efficiency
