Our newest opportunity is for a talented Project Operations Coordinator to join our award winning team in Riyadh, Saudi.
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a large-scale mixed-use development in Riyadh. This role sits within the project leadership team and focuses on planning, coordination, and resource management rather than direct project management.
The successful candidate will come from a construction consultancy, PMC, or major programme support background and will have experience helping leadership teams structure, mobilize, and manage multi-discipline resources across complex delivery environments.
This is a critical role that ensures the project is appropriately resourced, operationally organized, and running smoothlyworking closely with the Project Director, Package Leads, and functional teams (HR, recruitment, commercial/contracts, and project controls) to coordinate staffing, planning, and team allocation across the programme.

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 5/ 8 years career experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Project Management/Human Resources / HR Management/Business Administration / Business Studies/Contracts / Commercial Management / Contract Personnel Management /Operations Management)
