Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in JAFZA Branch for an Operations Specialist. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and improving operational processes, managing projects, and ensuring effective communication between teams. The role involves supporting sales operations, implementing strategies to enhance productivity, and ensuring operational efficiency within the organization. The Operations Specialist will also collaborate across multiple departments to achieve business goals and drive successful outcomes.

• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration and coordination across teams
• Experience in Sales and Operations Management to support and optimize business activities
• Proficiency in Project Management for planning, executing, and monitoring organizational initiatives
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure efficient and high-quality output
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar operations role is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license Holder .
• 2-3 years Exprience in sea freight operations .
