Operations Specialist

The Role

As Operations Specialist for Morocco & Nigeria, you will act as a strategic right-hand to our Ops department, ensuring day-to-day operational excellence in two key markets. You'll manage customer service teams, ensure smooth coordination with logistics, and lead process improvements to support our growth. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who's operationally sharp, detail-oriented, and excited to help scale a high-growth e-commerce business across multiple countries.

Your Profile

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an e-commerce environment, ideally within a leading online retailer, marketplace, or digital brand.

Strong knowledge of Shopify, and familiarity with order flows, product catalogs, and returns handling.

Clear understanding of e-commerce processes: logistics, customer support, stock flows, COD handling.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to track product performance and optimize decision-making.

Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.

Fluent in French & English.

Your Mission

Oversee and optimize daily operations for both markets (orders, delivery, customer care, returns). Manage and support customer service teams, monitor ticket flows, response quality, and training needs.

Coordinate with logistics partners for last-mile delivery, shipment tracking, escalations, and stock movements.

Handle special cases: size exchanges, return requests, delivery issues, etc.

Work with the Head of Ops to analyse bottlenecks, propose improvements, and help implement better tools and flows.

Ensure alignment across internal teams: Tech, Marketing, Product, Importation, and fulfilment.

Track and follow up on new shipments, replenishments, and stock availability in Shopify.
