About The Role
The Operations Specialist supports key operational processes at Money Fellows, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate documentation, efficient logistics, and timely payment collection. Each specialist will work within one of four functional tracks based on business needs.

- Onboarding
- Support customers through outbound calls
- Update tickets and customer records
- Verify documents and ensure data accuracy
- Handle basic Excel/data-entry tasks
- Receive and log contracts/receipts
- Verify signatures and required documents
- Update tracking sheets and system status
- Release orders following workflow guidelines
- Review delivered/undelivered documents
- Assign orders to couriers and track daily collections
- Prepare courier commission reports
- (Senior duties if assigned): manage courier attendance, prepare dispatch orders, review document accuracy, handle courier inquiries
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments
- Resolve collection and payout issues
- Reconcile daily collections and monitor delays
- (TPA duties if assigned): prepare TPA reports, coordinate with agencies, perform monthly reconciliations
