The Operations Specialist is responsible for execute daily operational activities to ensure smooth order processing, inventory accuracy, system dispatch, and cross-team communication. This role focuses on execution, problem-solving, and process improvement to support efficient fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational workflows from order creation to dispatch
- Coordinate with fulfillment, quality control, customer service, and warehouse teams
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
- Track inventory movements and report discrepancies on shopify
- Update systems with order status, stock changes, and dispatch confirmations
- Identify operational issues and escalate them with solutions
- Support process optimization to improve speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
Courier & Logistics Coordination
- Communicate with shipping companies regarding pickups, late deliveries, or issues.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Resolve courier-related problems (wrong address, missing parcel, delays).
System & Data Handling
- Use Shopify / internal system to manage orders and stock.
- update, or correct stock adjustments.
- Monitor system errors and request technical support when needed.
- Report operational issues or bottlenecks to the Operations Team leader.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- 13 years of experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience using order management systems or ERP tools
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Work schedule: 5 working days per week, with Thursday and Saturday on a rotational basis
