Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Supervisor located in New Cairo. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient workflow, and manage team performance to meet organizational objectives. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating operational activities, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. The individual will also be tasked with providing guidance and support to team members, solving operational issues, and reporting on progress to upper management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in handling operational tasks within a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to lead a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, with the ability to prepare operational reports, analyze data, and track performance metrics.
• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
