Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our food and beverage division. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, delivery, and customer service teams while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily food and beverage operations, including order flow and service quality
Coordinate between kitchen, dispatch, and delivery teams
Monitor staff performance, including drivers and kitchen staff
Ensure timely order preparation and delivery
Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues
Track KPIs and prepare daily/weekly operational reports
Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce delays
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in food delivery or F&B operations
Strong knowledge of restaurant and delivery operations
Experience managing teams (drivers, kitchen staff, supervisors)
Familiarity with delivery platforms (Talabat or similar preferred)
Knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)
Good communication skills in English and Arabic
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
