Operations Supervisor (Movers & Drivers)

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Operations Supervisor (Movers & Drivers) to be based in Dubai. This role is responsible for overseeing daily logistics, delivery, and transportation activities to ensure smooth operations and consistently high service standards.

Key responsibilities include coordinating schedules for movers and drivers, supervising loading and delivery activities, monitoring compliance with company procedures, and ensuring optimal use of vehicles, equipment, and manpower. The Operations Supervisor will handle real-time operational challenges, enforce safety protocols, provide hands-on leadership on the ground, and work closely with internal teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience managing operational or field-based teams
• Strong background in operations or logistics management, with the ability to streamline workflows
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills for handling daily operational issues
• Excellent communication abilities and leadership presence
• Knowledge of safety, transportation, and compliance regulations
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in logistics, delivery, transportation, or similar roles is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is an advantage
