About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and follow up on procurement, production, inventory, and coordination between suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with printing houses and packaging suppliers and monitor production quality and delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and define reorder points based on sales and consumption.
Coordinate with manufacturing partners to track production quantities and ensure quality compliance.
Supervise outsourced manufacturing (e.g., products / perfumes / private label production).
Manage import processes and coordinate with suppliers for raw materials.
Follow up on shipment and export of products to company warehouses in different countries.
Track lead time and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Coordinate between production, warehouse, and sales teams.

Requirements

Experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, or production coordination.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of inventory management concepts.
Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
Basic knowledge of import/export processes is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
