About the Role:

As an Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coaching agents, and ensuring service excellence across all performance metrics. You'll play a key role in optimizing workflows and supporting a fast-paced U.S. account.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve and exceed KPIs
• Monitor daily operations to ensure productivity and quality standards
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and feedback loops
• Handle escalations and support agents through complex interactions
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
• Collaborate closely with QA, Training, and Workforce teams
• Prepare and deliver performance updates to senior leadership
