Job Description

Position Summary:

The Training Operation role serves as a key support position within the Middle East Training Department, responsible for coordinating, executing, and tracking all training-related activities. This position requires strong project management, cross-cultural communication, and trilingual (ChineseEnglishArabic) skills to ensure effective information flow, process optimization, and successful training implementation. The role acts as both a connector and executor, ensuring that training strategies, projects, and quality standards are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities

1 Cross-Department Coordination & Information Collection

  • Attend meetings with business departments to obtain the latest updates and operational needs.
  • Communicate business changes to the training team and support the adjustment of training strategies.

2 Training Strategy Development & Implementation

  • Design executable training strategies based on business needs.
  • Oversee and ensure smooth implementation of new training initiatives.

3 Trilingual Training Material Development

  • Create and update training materials in Chinese, English, and Arabic based on the latest business information.
  • Ensure all trilingual materials are aligned, accurate, and effectively delivered.

4 Training Quality Monitoring

  • Participate in daily training sessions to monitor trainer delivery and ensure standards are met.
  • Gather frontline feedback to optimize content and delivery methods continuously.

5 Project Support & Evaluation

  • Assist in executing key departmental training projects.
  • Evaluate training outcomes and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Education, HR, Project Management, or Languages

Experience

Minimum 2 years in training operations, project management, or cross-department coordination

Skills

Strong project management and execution ability; familiar with training processes and quality control

Core Competencies

Trilingual (Chinese, English, Arabic); excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

Personality
