Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operator. The Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining road construction equipment and vehicles such as roller, grader, paver, and backhoe/loader. The operator should have working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques used in road construction projects. Additionally, the Operator will be required to coordinate with the site engineer and report equipment malfunctions and safety issues

Qualifications

• Experience in operating heavy/construction equipment ( Excavtor / Milling machine)
• Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques used in road construction projects
• Ability to perform routine inspection and maintenance of equipment
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Compliance with safety guidelines and regulations
• Experience in road construction or related industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
