Oracle ADF Team leader

P Systems is a Technology Company established on 2010 and working in MEA Region focusing on Oracle Middleware solutions, Cloud Services and Open Source solutions.

Responsibilities

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Oracle ADF Team Leader, located in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. The Oracle ADF Development Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing the development team, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for application design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience with enterprise-level software development, architecture, and design
• Experience with Oracle WebLogic deployments and Oracle BPM development.
• Experiwnce with Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Oracle API Gateway, or Oracle UCM is a plus
• Strong experience with Java/J2EE and Oracle ADF.
• Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies is a plus
• Proven experience with leading and managing software development teams, and project management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
