Oracle EBS

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Oracle EBS Consultant to join our exceptional IT/Software Development team. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with functional knowledge to drive critical projects that impact our core operations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle EBS modules.
• Design and configure Oracle EBS solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and industry best practices.
• Perform technical development and customization using Oracle tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and Workflow to meet specific business requirements.
• Conduct rigorous testing of configurations and customizations to ensure quality, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Provide expert functional and technical support for Oracle EBS HEMS, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions.
• Lead user training sessions and prepare comprehensive technical and functional documentation to empower end users.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum business value.
• Contribute to data migration strategies and execution for HEMS-related data.

Skills and Technologies:

• Strong experience with Oracle EBS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and Performance Management.
• Ability to gather business requirements and prepare detailed functional specifications.
• Experience with Oracle configurations, Fast Formula, Workflow, APIs, and integrations.
• Strong technical knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and Oracle Interfaces.
• Experience in Oracle EBS implementation and support projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional roles.
