Description:
Next Ventures is currently seeking 46 experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Trainers to support a major Oracle Cloud implementation in Dubai, UAE. This is an onsite contract role starting immediately, with strong potential for extension.
The trainers will be responsible for delivering high-quality end-user and super-user training across multiple Oracle Cloud modules, supporting business readiness and successful adoption of the new system.
Modules Required:
Candidates should have strong experience in Oracle Cloud Financials, including one or more of the following modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Expenses
- Financial Reporting / OTBI / Smart View
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver instructor-led and workshop-based Oracle Cloud Financials training
- Tailor training materials to align with client finance processes and controls
- Develop training documentation, finance user guides, and learning assets
- Conduct end-user, super-user, and train-the-trainer sessions for finance teams
- Support Finance User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live readiness activities
- Provide post-go-live training support to finance users where required
- Work closely with Oracle Financials functional consultants and finance stakeholders
- Ensure finance users understand key processes such as period close, invoicing, payments, reconciliation, and reporting
Required Experience:
- Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud Financials training
- Strong functional knowledge in core Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management)
- Previous experience on full Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills, particularly with finance teams
- Ability to deliver training in an onsite, fast-paced project environment
- Prior Middle East project experience is highly desirable
