Position Overview
Digi Visions Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle Financial Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, and will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle R12/ Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules for our clients.
Work closely with client stakeholders to understand their business processes, translate requirements into effective system solutions, and ensure the successful adoption of Oracle technologies.
The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with deep functional expertise in financial modules and a passion for delivering exceptional client value.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration: Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle R12/Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Financial accounting Hub, VAT and Financial Reporting.
Business Process Analysis: Conduct workshops to analyze and map client business processes, identify gaps, and propose best-practice solutions using Oracle R12/Oracle Cloud capabilities.
Solution Design: Design and configure the Oracle Cloud system to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring alignment with leading practices.
Testing & Validation: Develop test scripts, lead system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and integrity.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and process flow diagrams.
Collaboration: Work effectively with technical consultants, project managers, and client teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Oracle Cloud updates and new features, advising clients on how to leverage them for continuous business improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 10+ years of hands-on functional consulting experience with OracleR12/Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
Module Expertise:must have expertise in the following modules:
o General Ledger (GL)
o Accounts Payable (AP)
o Accounts Receivable (AR)
o Cash Management
o Fixed Assets
o Property
Project Management
Financial Accounting Hub
Implementation Knowledge: Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes in Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
Technical Acumen: Proficiency in using Oracle Cloud tools for configuration, security setup, and reporting.
Certification: Oracle R12/Oracle Fusion Financials Certification is highly desirable.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical, effective solutions.
