Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle FLEXCUBE Technical Consultant to support the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Oracle FLEXCUBE banking solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in PL/SQL and Java, along with hands-on experience working with Oracle Banking modules and core banking environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and customize Oracle FLEXCUBE solutions in line with business and banking requirements.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain PL/SQL and Core Java components for system functionality and integrations.
- Support deployment, upgrades, and migrations of FLEXCUBE environments across development, testing, and production.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide effective technical resolutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, business teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable and high-quality solutions.
- Participate in system integration, testing, and performance optimization of FLEXCUBE modules.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation, customization, or support.
- Strong development experience in PL/SQL and Java (Core Java).
- Experience working with Oracle Banking modules such as OBPM, OBTR / T-OBTR, and OBTF / OBTP.
- Solid understanding of core banking systems, financial transactions, and payment workflows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Preferred
- Certification in Oracle FLEXCUBE or Oracle Banking products.
- Experience working in banking, fintech, or financial services environments.
