Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant to support the delivery and optimisation of an Oracle Cloud (Fusion) ERP implementation. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to ensure that Oracle Fusion solutions are aligned with business processes and requirements.
This role requires strong functional expertise across Oracle Fusion ERP modules, the ability to translate business needs into system solutions, and hands-on experience supporting implementations, enhancements, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional requirements.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion ERP modules in line with business and programme objectives.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Support end-to-end business process design and mapping within Oracle Fusion.
- Work closely with technical teams to support integrations, reporting, and data migration activities.
- Participate in system testing activities including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Provide guidance on best practice use of Oracle Fusion functionality.
- Support change management, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Assist with cutover planning and go-live support where required.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing support and optimisation recommendations.
Required Experience
- Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations or major transformations.
- Strong knowledge of core Oracle Fusion modules, such as:
- Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management)
- Procurement / P2P
- Projects
- SCM (desirable)
- Experience conducting workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes within ERP environments.
- Experience supporting testing cycles and UAT coordination.
- Ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and business process owners.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
Desirable Experience
- Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations, reporting tools, or data migration processes.
- Previous involvement in global or multi-entity ERP implementations.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies.
- Experience working within complex enterprise environments.
