Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Analyst

Location: Dubai

Duration: 12+ Months

At least 5 years of experience in Fusion HCM Applications.

- Should have strong knowledge in ORC module

- Should have strong knowledge in Core HR module

- Should have strong knowledge in Talent Management modules (Performance, career development, goals, succession planning,

talent profile and talent review)

- Should have experience in Fusion Security and Approval Workflows

- Should have strong knowledge in SQL, OTBI, BI Publishers, customizations, Infolets and HR dashboards

- Should have strong knowledge in HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts and HCM Fast Formula
