Aldar Education is seeking a Temporary Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management Consultant for an immediate start to implement the Performance Management module within the Oracle Fusion application in Redwood UI, and provide post-implementation support to enable streamlined workflows, accurate performance cycles, and maximized user adoption across stakeholders. Responsibilities

Main Duties

  • Configure, enhance, and deploy Oracle Fusion Performance Management processes using Redwood pages, ensuring full alignment with organizational performance frameworks and HR strategic goals.
  • Manage end-to-end performance cycle executionincluding goal setting, mid-cycle reviews, annual evaluations, and calibrationto ensure seamless functionality, high user adoption, and system reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and business stakeholders to translate performance management requirements into effective system designs and optimized workflows within the Oracle Fusion HCM platform.
  • Ensure system integrity by overseeing quarterly Oracle updates, conducting regression testing, and driving continuous improvement of performance management configurations according to Oracle best practices.

Specific Duties


Performance Management Configuration

  • Configure performance templates, document types, questionnaires, participant roles, review periods, and rating models within Oracle Fusion to align with business requirements.
  • Set up and manage Goal Plans, Goal Library, and alignment frameworks to support organizational objectives and cascading goals.
  • Design and optimize performance workflows, eligibility profiles, and document lifecycle stages for efficient performance cycles.

Redwood UI / Visual Builder Studio (VBS) / Design Studio


  • Implement and customize Redwood-based Performance Management pages to enhance user experience for employees, managers, and HR partners.
  • Utilize Visual Builder Studio and HCM Experience Design Studio to develop page extensions, validations, and dynamic UI behaviours.

Workflow & Process Automation


  • Configure BPM workflows for routing, approvals, escalations, and multi-level review processes in line with HR policies and organizational hierarchies.
  • Ensure workflows adhere to compliance standards and support seamless process automation.

Data Management & Reporting


  • Perform data migration and mass updates using HDL for performance documents, goals, and related records.
  • Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher dashboards and reports, delivering actionable insights for HR and leadership.

Testing & Quality Assurance


  • Lead and execute CRP, SIT, UAT, and regression testing for all Performance Management configurations enhancements, and Oracle quarterly updates.
  • Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with Oracle support via SRs, and ensure timely resolution of system defects.

Stakeholder Engagement & Support


  • Collaborate with HR leaders, Talent Management teams, and business units to gather requirements, validate system configurations, and communicate impacts effectively.
  • Deliver training sessions, develop support documentation, and provide user assistance to maximize adoption of Redwood performance processes.

Governance & Continuous Improvement


  • Maintain system configurations in alignment with HR policies, audit requirements, and organizational standards.
  • Monitor Oracle release notes and proactively identify new features in Performance Management and Redwood UI for continuous process improvements.

Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum Experience


  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, including at least 3 years of hands-on implementation of the Performance Management module, and 1 to 2 years of working with Redwood-based Performance pages

Job Specific Knowledge & Skills


  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Performance Management module implementation in Redwood UI, including end-to-end functional support.
  • Hands-on experience with HDL for data migration, mass updates, and bulk record management.
  • Skilled in developing and analyzing reports using OTBI and BI Publisher to support performance analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of Fast Formulas for eligibility rules, validations, and calculation logic.
  • Proficient in configuring and maintaining BPM workflows for performance-related processes.
  • Experienced in using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) for UI customization and enhancements.
  • Competent in Oracle Fusion Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), creating and assigning roles while strictly adhering to Segregation of Duties (SoD).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into precise system configurations.
