Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional from the Finance domain with expertise in Oracle Fusion Risk Management and Lease Accounting. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of handling risk management and lease accounting capabilities, with at least two end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Risk Management:Identify, assess, and manage financial risks within the organization.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and report on risk management activities and outcomes.
• Lease Accounting:Manage lease accounting processes in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of lease transactions.
• Perform lease classification and valuation.
• Implementation: Lead and execute at least two end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Risk Management and Lease Accounting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide training and support to end-users.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Finance domain.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Risk Management and Lease Accounting.
• Proven track record of at least two end-to-end implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial risk management principles and lease accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to UAE if required.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with international accounting standards and regulations.
