Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant - OIC VBCS PCS

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Specialist with strong expertise in reporting, analytics, and integrations across Oracle Fusion applications. The role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise reporting solutions while ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business requirements across HCM, Finance, and SCM modules.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OIC integrations, VBCS, PCS, App Composer, and Oracle Fusion reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), FDI, HDL, and ADFDI (reporting-focused). This role plays a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making through robust dashboards, analytics, and automation, while supporting post-go-live enhancements and troubleshooting.

1. Manage and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, VBCS, PCS, and custom PaaS solutions
2. Provide technical support across Oracle Fusion HCM, Finance, and SCM modules
3. Develop, customize, and maintain OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP) reports, dashboards, and analytics
4. Design and optimize SQL queries and data models for reporting and performance
5. Support HCM reporting using HDL, HSDL, and HCM Extracts
6. Work with Financial Data Integrator (FDI) for financial reporting and automation
7. Design interactive dashboards and data visualizations to support business decision-making
8. Customize and enhance reporting solutions based on business and user requirements
9. Provide technical expertise on Fusion reporting tools including FBDI, HDL, and ADFDI (reporting only)
10. Collaborate with functional and business teams to translate reporting needs into technical solutions
