Our Business Function Implementation Leads are pivotal in driving transformation and improving performance across business functions. As subject-matter experts, they lead planning and execution efforts while fostering collaboration across teams to deliver innovative solutions. Their deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management and process optimization enables them to engage with high-impact projects and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and lead the implementation of business solutions to improve end-to-end performance.
  • Ensure solutions align with business requirements through process analysis, organizational structure definition, and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovative strategies that enhance implementation accuracy and business function outcomes.
  • Foster team collaboration and promote open communication to improve performance and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead data-driven decision-making to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Mentor team members, supporting their professional growth and enhancing their skillsets in Oracle HCM Cloud technologies.
  • Refine implementation methodologies to deliver measurable improvements aligned with organizational goals and strategies.

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in implementing business functions and working with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.

  • Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Learning and Oracle HCM Cloud Dynamics Skills.
  • Master expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Oracle HCM Cloud BI Reporting and Analytics.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive decisions across teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of innovation and process optimization strategies.
