Our Business Function Implement Practitioners are key contributors to delivering innovative solutions that drive business success. As subject-matter experts, these professionals lead by example, mentoring teams and ensuring collaboration across multiple groups to solve complex business challenges. Their command of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and business process implementation enables them to engage in exciting projects with impactful results.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, and implement innovative solutions to improve performance across business functions.
  • Deliver functional designs that meet business requirements and align with current and future organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and align requirements with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops to capture requirements and encourage alignment with business goals.
  • Mentor team members, enhancing their understanding of Business Function Implementation and Oracle HCM Cloud technologies.
  • Present comprehensive reports on process improvements, risks, and their mitigation.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements across projects.

  • Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business function implementation.
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.

  • Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM Extracts.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in Business Model Strategy and Process Implementation.
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills in team management and cross-team collaborations.
