Job Title- Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant (ARABIC )

Experience - 7+ years
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Experience in implementation projects (min 3 end to end exp)
- Hands-on Payroll knowledge in setup and configurations
- Customer facing role with expertise in gathering requirements and delivering the project End to End
- Understanding of all the HCM modules
- Working experience with the technical team to prepare the functional design, mapping for integrations
- Very Good Knowledgeable in Hire to Retire processes
- Worked directly with business users to collect requirements, explain designs with proper CRP sessions
- Knowledgeable in analysing the impact in payroll process due to Absence configurations and propose solutions accordingly
- Solution design and Functional Testing
- Good communication skills – Reading, Writing, Oral, Inter-personal.
