Job Description
As anOracle HCM - Compensation and Benefits Lead at Accenture, you will be responsible for analyzing organizational processes, designing integrated systems, and driving business solutions to align with strategic goals and customer requirements. You will assess the current state, identify opportunities for improvement, and define future-state business models and/or system solutions. You will perform independently as a subject matter expert, actively collaborating with technical and cross-functional teams, managing key decisions, and providing innovative solutions across various teams. Master proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation is required, with recommended expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits. Advanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis, Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, and intermediate proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR are strongly suggested. Candidates must possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits system implementations, process optimization, and Oracle HCM application expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Define processes and systems to design technology-driven compensation and benefits solutions that meet organizational objectives and customer requirements.
Serve as a subject matter expert in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation, offering guidance and innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements, ensuring alignment with objectives and operational goals.
Develop detailed documentation to support process improvements, system designs, and implementations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and process efficiency across the organization.
Monitor project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure alignment and accountability in achieving project objectives.
Leverage analytical tools and data analysis to identify trends, inform strategic decisions, and improve project outcomes.
Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve issues, and oversee the successful delivery of solutions.
Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement to drive organizational growth and enhance compensation and benefits processes.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits system implementations, technology integration, and Oracle HCM consulting.
Master proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation is required.
Recommended expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits, along with advanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis and Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
Intermediate proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
Proven experience in facilitating workshops, developing system design documentation, and implementing scalable solutions.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and Benefits modules or related areas.
Extensive experience in managing large-scale compensation and benefits transformations.
Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and deploy innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Proven expertise in leveraging technology-driven solutions to optimize efficiency and enhance organizational outcomes.
