Role Overview

The Oracle HCM Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management solutions. The role works closely with business users to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of Oracle HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Implementation

Implement and configure Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management, Talent Management).

Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionality.

Prepare functional documents including BRD, FS, and setup documents.

Configure system setups, profiles, and security.

Testing & Deployment

Prepare and execute unit testing, SIT, and UAT.

Support data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.

Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Conduct workshops and solution walkthroughs with business users.

Act as the primary point of contact for HCM functional topics.

Provide functional support and user training.

Integration & Reporting

Support HCM integrations with Finance, Payroll, and third-party systems.

Assist in reports, extracts, and fast formulas (where applicable).

Work closely with technical teams on interfaces and extensions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, or related field.

48 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations.

Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite HCM and/or Oracle Fusion HCM.

Good understanding of HR and payroll business processes.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and within project teams.

Experience with Oracle implementation methodology (OUM).

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle HCM certifications.

Experience in payroll localization.

Experience working with banks or large enterprises
