Job Summary:
The Oracle HCM Consultant is responsible for managing and developing Human Resources systems,ensuring their integration with other enterprise systems. The role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities include analyzing departmental requirements and translating them into technical solutions, providing end-user support, developing reports and dashboards, and contributing to system enhancement and implementation projects to support the organization's strategic HR objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate the HRIS system.
- Analyze departmental requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage user access rights and ensure data security.
- Prepare performance reports and monitoring dashboards.
- Provide technical support to system users.
- Lead system enhancement and upgrade projects.
- Coordinate with external technology vendors and service providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Relevant professional certification in Oracle HCM or a related field issued by an accredited authority or vendor.
- Minimum 4 years of experience
