Job Description
- Should have a solid background of 8-10 years working with Oracle Fusion Payroll.
- Should have been involved in at least 2 projects related to implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Payroll specifically tailored to comply with UAE legislation.
- Proficiency in configuring Oracle Fusion Payroll & developing Fast Formulas for payroll calculations is essential.
- The candidate should be able to develop BI and OTBI Reports.
- Good to have Experience in Absence Management & Global HCM
- The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks concurrently, adhere to project schedules, and prioritize delivering exceptional client service.
- Proficiency in documenting various aspects of the project/ support including requirements, workflows, data requirements, and technical documents is required.
- Ability to lead functional and technical design workshops related to Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll configuration
- Willing to travel on demand based on project needs.
- Candidate should be available as per UAE Time Zone and adhere to the customer holiday schedule.
