Job Description

As anOracle HCM - Payroll Lead at Accenture, you will be responsible for analyzing organizational processes, designing integrated systems, and driving business solutions that align with strategic goals and customer requirements. You will assess the current state, identify opportunities for improvement, and define future-state business models and/or system solutions. You will perform independently as a subject matter expert, actively collaborating with teams, managing key decisions, and providing innovative solutions across various teams. Master proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll is required. Expert proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management and Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher, expert-level proficiency in Requirements Analysis, and intermediate proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations are strongly suggested. Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll system implementations, process optimization, and Oracle HCM application expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define processes and systems to design technology-driven payroll solutions that meet organizational objectives and customer requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, providing guidance and innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop detailed documentation to support process design, system integration, and decision-making efforts.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify trends, inform business decisions, and enhance project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to team members on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve issues, and ensure seamless execution of deliverables.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution of payroll system projects.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and process improvement, promoting long-term organizational growth.

  • Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll system implementations, technology integrations, and Oracle HCM applications.
  • Master proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll is required.
  • Recommended expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management and Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher and intermediate proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations.
  • Proven expertise in requirements analysis and process mapping to deliver scalable payroll solutions.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and engage effectively with stakeholders.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll or related modules.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive process improvements that enhance organizational outcomes.
  • Extensive experience in designing and delivering large-scale payroll systems aligned with business and operational goals.
  • Strong expertise in managing cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to achieve project success.
