As anOracle HCM Recruitment and Onboarding Leadat Accenture, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining technology-enabled business solutions. You will translate business needs into Oracle HCM solutions and operating models, supporting transformation initiatives by developing business cases and guiding their implementation. As a subject matter expert, you will lead and collaborate with teams to ensure effective performance, contribute to key decisions, and provide innovative solutions to complex challenges. Master proficiency in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud is essential, with recommended expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to deliver business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining Oracle HCM-enabled business solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud and provide guidance and solutions to complex challenges in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, foster collaboration among stakeholders, and validate proposed solutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation that clearly articulates business processes, technology integrations, and solution designs for recruitment and onboarding.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and enhanced efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress, ensure transparency, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Support training initiatives to enhance team capabilities, encourage knowledge sharing, and drive system adoption.
  • Continuously assess and refine recruitment and onboarding processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation through solution delivery.

  • Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM consulting, recruitment solutions, or onboarding systems.
  • Master proficiency in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud.
  • Advanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis, Recruitment Process Design, and Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
  • Expert proficiency in onboarding and Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR functions.
  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and designing Oracle HCM-enabled solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and provide innovative solutions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in facilitating workshops and creating detailed process and solution documentation.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud, Onboarding, or related areas.
  • Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes using Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Experience in driving process improvements and applying innovations in recruitment systems and solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Oracle HCM project management frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of system optimization, performance tuning, and ensuring complex process enhancements.
