Oracle HCM Technical Consultant
Job Scope
We are hiring Oracle HRMS Technical consultant to join our project team. You will work alongside other team members and report directly to the project manager. Your main tasks will include back end REST and SOAP UI web services for Oracle e-Business Suite modulesTo succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.
- 7+ years of experience with Oracle Applications R12 in design and implement HCM and custom modules of Oracle Applications
- Strong experience in writing SQL queries, Packages, Procedures, Functions and Triggers.
- Should be very strong Apps Technical in HCM Modules (SSHR, Core HR, OLM, PMS and i-Recruitment)
- Extensively worked in the development of Interfaces and load data into Oracle applications.
- Strong experience in Standard Oracle Integrated SOA Gateway ( REST and SOAP web services).
- Expert in Oracle AME (Approval Management Engine).
- Exposure in OAF pages and Personalization's
- Experience in Custom and Standard Workflow
- Good exposure on XML publisher reports.
- Good Analytical, Technical and Communication Skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
Position Requirements
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Develop back end web services for Oracle E-Business Suite
- Perform Unit Testing and Integrated Testing with Oracle
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
