As an Oracle PMO Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of programs and projects to achieve business outcomes. You will define project scope, monitor the execution of deliverables, and communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, address issues, and drive results. You will perform independently as a subject matter expert, actively contributing to team discussions and providing solutions to work-related challenges. Advanced proficiency in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is essential, with recommended expertise in Program Project Management. Expert-level proficiency in Estimation and Planning, Risk Management, and Scope Management is also suggested.
Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables to align with business outcomes and strategic goals.
Serve as a subject matter expert in Program Project Management, offering guidance and innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure project alignment and shared understanding.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery timelines and outcomes.
Monitor project progress, adapt plans in response to evolving requirements, and ensure timely achievement of objectives.
Lead project review meetings to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
Develop and execute project plans that align with strategic goals and drive successful outcomes.
Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve issues, and foster seamless project execution.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with PMO functions and Oracle platforms, solutions, or project management.
Advanced proficiency in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
Strong expertise in Estimation and Planning, Risk Management, and Scope Management for Oracle-focused initiatives.
Proven experience in monitoring and adjusting project plans for Oracle programs to deliver results in dynamic environments.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively engage Oracle stakeholders.
Experience leading Oracle project review meetings, assessing performance, and deploying strategies for optimization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Program Project Management or PMBOK-related areas.
Familiarity with Oracle tools, technologies, and project management practices.
Proven ability to develop comprehensive project plans and drive actionable strategies.
Knowledge of large-scale Oracle enterprise program delivery and stakeholder management.
Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation in Oracle-related projects and programs
