Beko Global is hiring Order Management, Logistics and Documentation Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete order lifecycle from order entry to final delivery
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Production, Planning, Sales) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Prepare, review, and follow up on export documentation in compliance with international trade regulations
- Work with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure smooth shipment execution
- Manage invoicing, payment follow-up, and Letter of Credit (L/C) processes
- Maintain timely and professional communication with customers regarding order and shipment status
- Ensure data accuracy and process integrity within SAP
- Monitor logistics and order data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to high customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, MIS, or International Trade
- Minimum 3 years of experience in order management, logistics, or export operations
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP (SD/MM knowledge is a plus)
- Solid experience in export documentation, customs procedures, and working with freight forwarders and shipping lines
- Good knowledge of Letter of Credit (L/C) processes, invoicing, and payment management
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
- Prior experience in the home appliances industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of local export/import regulations and customs processes in Egypt is preferred
