We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Taker to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and accurately take guest orders in a courteous and professional manner
- Ensure all orders are entered correctly into the system
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely preparation and delivery
- Provide guests with menu information and recommendations when needed
- Handle guest requests, special instructions, and dietary requirements carefully
- Follow up on orders to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain clear communication with other departments
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
