OD Director Experience in Steel Manufacturing industry from 11-15 Years
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the OD strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead organizational assessments, workforce planning, job evaluation, and
competency framework development.
Drive change management initiatives and business transformation programs.
Oversee performance management design, calibration processes, and succession
planning.
Lead leadership development, coaching programs, and talent pipelines.
Strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement initiatives, and internal
communication frameworks.
Conduct capability-building programs, learning needs assessments, and training
strategy design.
Analyze HR and OD KPIs, producing insights and recommendations for executive
leadership.
Partner with department heads to improve organizational effectiveness, team
structure, and productivity.
Manage OD policies, methodologies (e.g., Hay, Mercer, Korn Ferry frameworks), and
continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related
field.
Master's degree or OD/HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM-SCP, OD Practitioner)
preferred.
15+ years of experience in OD, Talent Management, or HR transformation; at least 5
years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in change management, performance management, competency
design, and organizational restructuring.
Proven ability to lead transformation in manufacturing or industrial environments.
