Job Description

We are looking for a talented OD Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting organizational development initiatives, enhancing performance, and driving transformation.

Job Title: OD Specialist

Work Location: Nesma United Industries Head Office – Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of organizational structures across corporate and business units.
  • Conduct job analysis, job evaluation, and grading in alignment with approved frameworks.
  • Assist in workforce planning, manpower optimization, and role clarity initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency in job titles, job families, and career progression frameworks
  • Support the design and rollout of performance management systems (PMS).
  • Coordinate KPI setting processes across departments ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Monitor performance cycles (goal setting, mid-year, year-end reviews).
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Conduct organizational assessments, including span of control, efficiency, and productivity analysis.
  • Identify gaps in structure, processes, and capabilities; recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Support implementation of OD interventions such as restructuring, role redesign, and process optimization.
  • Develop and update OD-related policies, procedures, and frameworks.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate governance, delegation of authority (DOA), and compliance standards.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate OD and business units.
  • Provide advisory support to line managers on organizational design and performance topics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Holding relevant certifications (e.g., OD, HR, CIPD) is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience (6 years preferred).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Organizational Development (OD), PMS, and workforce planning.
  • Good command of English.
