Provide functional expertise and support the development and implementation of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and their application across the business operations. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures.
Manage and ensure effective implementation of policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of HC departmental activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Remain abreast with evolving labour laws and regulations, informing leadership of key changes to enable compliance across HC function.
