Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work in the Organizational Design Role .
  • Assist on drafting HR policies.
  • Designed and developed HR SoPs and maintained records.
  • Design Organizational Structures, job families and competency frameworks job analysis and job evaluation
  • Analyze HR Metrics and prepare reports to oversee performance
  • Assist on maintaining and development of HR Technical Tools, HRMS, LMS, PMS, RMS.
  • Any other task related to the OD

Competencies:

  • Organizational behavior and development theories
  • Tracking progress against goals
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Analyzing data
  • Effective communication skills

Required Knowledge:

  • Regulatory and compliance knowledge
  • Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies.
  • proficiency in Microsoft Visio and business administration software.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as organizational development, organizational
  • 3- 5 years experience as an organizational development
  • Saudi only
  • fluent Englis
