Responsibilities:
- Work in the Organizational Design Role .
- Assist on drafting HR policies.
- Designed and developed HR SoPs and maintained records.
- Design Organizational Structures, job families and competency frameworks job analysis and job evaluation
- Analyze HR Metrics and prepare reports to oversee performance
- Assist on maintaining and development of HR Technical Tools, HRMS, LMS, PMS, RMS.
- Any other task related to the OD

Required Knowledge:
- Regulatory and compliance knowledge

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as organizational development, organizational
- 3- 5 years experience as an organizational development
