NOW HIRING A ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Our client is a leading Fit-Out Contractor based in the Middle East. It has a diverse portfolio across various sectors, such as Hospitality, Residential, and Commercial and are involved in some of the most exciting projects in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee group-wide organization design, structure optimization, and governance of org charts, ensuring clarity in reporting lines, spans of control, and operational efficiency across the UAE, KSA, and other operations.
- Develop, standardize, and maintain comprehensive job architecture, job descriptions, and role evaluations, ensuring alignment with business strategy, internal equity, and career progression frameworks.
- Drive organization-wide initiatives for employee engagement, culture alignment, capability building, and leadership development
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent structuring, succession planning, and change management initiatives
- Partner with internal stakeholders (HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, L&D, Finance, Legal, Project Heads) and external consultants to maintain best practices in OD, talent structuring, and compensation benchmarking
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
- 12+ years experience with 5+ years experience in the UAE
- Extensive OD and HR experience, preferably within architecture/construction
